Farhad is an award winning filmmaker and photographer based in Toronto, Canada. He graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with honours in Film and Video Production.  

Farhad's short film Mandrake which he wrote, directed and scored, has been screened at many international film festivals such as Montreal World Film Festival, Calgary International Film Festival, Cinema Jove (Spain) and Toronto Diaspora Film Festival and earned a Screenplay Award at Cinesiege Film Fest.

His photographic work have been featured in many publications, and his iPhone photographs have been featured in the 2010 EYE'EM Mobile Photography Book.

Ever since graduation in 2006, he's been working as a photographer and videographer.
